When do you charge for the session?

At Bigtoe, we prioritize a seamless and transparent payment process. When you book a session through our platform, we require your credit card details. However, we do not charge your card immediately. Here's how our payment process works:

1. Credit Card Hold: Upon booking, we place a hold on your credit card for the full amount of the session. This hold ensures that funds are available to cover the cost of your massage session. It's important to note that some banks may display this hold as a 'pending charge' on your account, but it's not an actual charge.
2. Payment Capture: After the session is completed, we capture the payment from your credit card. At this point, the amount is officially charged to your account.

This process allows us to ensure a secure and efficient transaction for both you and our massage therapists. It's important to note that all transactions must be done through our platform. This helps us keep track of all services and payments, ensuring a safe experience for all users.
