What is the cancellation and rescheduling policy for events?

Event bookings involve additional planning and coordination, so the cancellation and rescheduling policy is slightly different from standard sessions.

Deposits

A deposit is required to confirm your event booking.

Deposits are non-refundable, as they secure therapist availability and scheduling.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your event, the following applies:

- More than 24 hours before the event: The deposit is retained, and no additional charges apply

- Less than 24 hours before the event: 50% of the remaining balance may be charged

- Less than 6 hours before the event: The full remaining balance may be charged

Rescheduling

Reschedule requests are best made at least 48 hours in advance.

All rescheduling requests are subject to therapist availability.
