How can we help?

Table massage or chair massage: which should I book?

Bigtoe bookings for your home, hotel or office are table massage. Chair massage is available as part of an event booking.

Table massage

Your therapist brings a padded massage table and sets it up in the space you choose. You lie down, draped throughout, and the session covers the full body or whatever areas you ask them to focus on. Sessions run 60 minutes or longer, which gives the therapist time to work properly on areas of tension. Pressure is adjustable, and you can book any of our massage styles.

Chair massage

Chair massage is done in a specially designed chair with you seated and fully clothed. No oils are used. Sessions are short, usually 10 to 30 minutes, and focus on the neck, shoulders and back. It works well when several people are being seen in sequence and nobody needs to change or lie down.

Which one you want

If you are booking for yourself at home or in a hotel, table massage is what you want, and it is what the app books.

If you are arranging something for a group, an office or an event, chair massage is often the better fit, and we can bring several therapists. Tell us what you have in mind and we will put a quote together.
