How do gift cards work?

Bigtoe gift cards make it easy to share a massage experience with someone else.

How gift cards work

- Gift cards are issued as credits, where each credit has a value of $1.

- Gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable.

How can I purchase a gift card?

You can purchase a gift card directly through your account.

Go to your profile section in the app or website, where you will find the option to buy a gift card.

Gifting options

- You can send a gift as credits, or choose to gift a specific massage (single or couples) based on the recipient’s location.

- The value of the selected service is converted into the equivalent number of credits.

Delivery and redeeming

- The recipient receives an automated email with your message and a Redeem link.

- They tap Redeem and add the gift to any Bigtoe account they sign into or create. It does not have to be the email you sent it to.

Using the gift

- Once redeemed, the credits apply automatically to the recipient’s next booking.

- If the selected service costs more than the gift amount, the recipient can pay the difference at checkout.

Additional details

- Final pricing may vary based on location, service type, and add-ons.

- Any amount beyond the gift value can be covered by the recipient at the time of booking.
