How gift cards work

- Gift cards are issued as credits, where each credit has a value of $1.

- Gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable.

How can I purchase a gift card?

You can purchase a gift card directly through your account.

Go to your profile section in the app or website, where you will find the option to buy a gift card.

Gifting options

- You can send a gift as credits, or choose to gift a specific massage (single or couples) based on the recipient’s location.

- The value of the selected service is converted into the equivalent number of credits.

Delivery

- The recipient receives an automated email with your message.

- If the recipient already has a Bigtoe account with that email, the credits are added automatically.

- If they do not have an account yet, the credits will be available once they sign up using the same email address.

Using the gift

- Gift credits are automatically applied to the recipient’s next booking.

- If the selected service costs more than the gift amount, the recipient can pay the difference at checkout.

Additional details

- Final pricing may vary based on location, service type, and add-ons.

- Any amount beyond the gift value can be covered by the recipient at the time of booking.
