How can we help?

What should I expect from an in-home massage?

If you have only had massages at a spa, having one at home is a little different. Here is how it works.

Before your therapist arrives

Pick a room with enough space for a massage table and where you will not be interrupted. You do not need to prepare anything else. Your therapist brings the table, fresh linens and oils.

When they arrive

Your therapist sets up the table, which takes a few minutes. They will ask about areas you want worked on, pressure preference, and anything to avoid. This is the moment to mention injuries, recent surgery or any health condition.

During the session

You undress to your comfort level and lie on the table under a sheet. You stay draped throughout, with only the area being worked on uncovered. Say something any time if you want the pressure changed or you are too warm or cold.

Afterwards

Your therapist packs up and takes everything with them, so your space is left as they found it. There is nothing to pay in person. Payment runs through the app, and your receipt is there too.

What you can choose when booking

Massage style, session length, date and time, and your therapist's gender. We require every therapist on Bigtoe to be licensed in their state and to carry liability insurance.
