A 75 minute sweaty Sacred Fierce Flow class followed by 15 minutes of delicious surrender using blocks and restorative poses in a dimly lit room. Yum.

Flow Strong (Yoga + Weights)

Hot Mess - Core (Heated)

Developed by our very own, Aimee Cox, this Core class combines meditation, stretching and core exercises that allow you to tap into your deep center. We embrace that we all feel like a hot mess sometimes and through the practice we develop more control over our bodies and our lives leading to a deeper prace, and maybe even less hot messiness.

Hot Wind down (Heated)

Sacred Flow with ambience. Release your week with a heated vigorous flow class practiced in serene conditions. Let incense, candlelight and a soulful playlist take you there.

Intensati

About IntenSati: A practice for your body, heart and mind. IntenSati is an exhilarating workout that builds physical, mental, and spiritual muscle. Courage, confidence, willpower, enthusiasm, self-respect, and a strong, healthy body are all results of this powerful and FUN practice. IntenSati combines high-energy, total-body training with powerful, positive statements that you either think or speak. You will learn to tap into the power of the present moment in order to embody –rather than just think or talk about - your BOLDEST, MOST EMPOWERED, BEST SELF. Wearing sneakers is suggested for this practice.

Pilates Mat

Based on the teachings of Joseph H. Pilates, this exercise system involves full body participation and promotes grace, coordination and keen body awareness. Learn to activate to your deep core muscles in each movement while developing muscle tone, flexibility and the self-confidence that comes from getting strong and centered. Modifications are suggested for beginners or for those with physical limitations. With an emphasis on releasing unnecessary tension and using efficient biomechanics to reduce wear and tear on the joints, your Pilates Mat workout will make you feel light, lifted and energized for your day.

Qoya

Qoya is a shift in consciousness through movement that evolves the way we have been taught to move our bodies as women. Drawn from the wisdom of yoga, creative expression in dance, and the pleasure found in sensual movement, Qoya helps women enjoy and revel in their feminine bodies. Qoya classes combine the traditional benefits of fitness — including strength, flexibility, balance, endurance, and agility training — with a unique empowering approach that is feminine, expressive, and most importantly, fun. As we do Qoya, we remember. We remember as women that we are wise, wild, and free. For women only. Wear easy to move in clothes. All levels welcome. Be ready to sweat.

Sacred Core Flow incorporates a little extra core work inside a Signature Flow yoga class. This allows you to access your practice (and your life) from a place of both strength and flexibility.

Sacred Fierce Flow

This faster paced yoga class is heated naturally (body heat) allowing for the safe exploration of more complex and challenging asanas. This class is ideal for students with an established practice who can approach challenge with mindfulness, strong alignment, and breath. Beginners, however, are welcome and encouraged to move at their own pace with modifications.

This class is appropriate for all levels. Beginners are encouraged to move at their own pace, modify, and take breaks as needed. Classes usually have music. Sacred Flow + Meditate)

This non-heated flow prepare's the body and mind for the practice of meditation. Meditation also prepares the body to move with a greater intention. This combination of Meditation + Yoga is holistc, healing and restorative.

This class emphasizes correct form and alignment. In all disciplines (and life) a strong foundation is the key to sustained success. Foundations prevent injury, burnout, and muscle weakness. Beginning and seasoned yogi alike, prepare to surrender your ego to the challenge of refined technique.

Sacred Restorative

Sacred Yin

Yin yoga is a practice of deep surrender done mostly on the floor, that creates space in and around the joints to enhance mobility. By relinquishing all muscular effort and by using gravity with the natural weight of the body, the student allows for a deep stretch to the fascia (connective tissue). It is a slow and reflective practice that allows the student to feel and notice.

Warm 60 (Heated)

This 60 minute, warm class follows a set sequence (based off of the 26/2) that creates a great foundational yoga practice. With an emphasis on verbal instruction and without the distraction of music, students develop a keen body awareness. The poses have proven to be very therapeutic and do-able for most body types, health conditions, and fitness levels. Space is held for 15-30 minutes for optional meditation following.
