JUSTFlow: CHAKRA BALANCE

JUSTFlow: CHAKRA BALANCE focuses on restoring the energetic balance of our chakras. This vinyasa flow is designed to bring awareness to each center as you connect deeper and gain more understanding of the subtle body.

JUSTFlow: Chill

In JUSTFlow: Chill we move with intention, connecting with the breath, preparing for deep relaxation. A relaxed vinyasa flow for decreasing stress and anxiety, increasing flexibility, and feeling amazing.

JUSTFlow: Fire

Build intensity. Increase strength. An energetic, power vinyasa flow for a strong mind, body and core.

JUSTFlow: Rise

Explore freely, move mindfully, let go. A vinyasa flow for exploration, expansion, balance and most importantly fun.

JUSTFlow: Fly

Opening, balancing, challenging and overcoming. A flow to take flight, exploring more challenging arm balances and inversions.

JUSTFlow: Yin Yoga

JUSTBreathe: YIN is designed to release all tension in the body. Each pose is held for 3 to 5 minutes while supported by props allowing you to completely let go. A meditative experience with transformative results.

A vinyasa flow for centering, grounding & connecting. Move with ease, breathe through the effort, build the foundation for your practice.

JUSTFlow: Prenatal

For Moms-to-be this class is designed to help you through all stages of pregnancy with stretches and exercises with modifications. We will work on breathing techniques, alignment, pelvic floor, core, flexibility, strength training and more.

My Little Yogi and Me

Breathe, stretch and connect with your little one. This class is geared towards introducing younger children to the benefits of yoga in a fun, accessible way with the use of props, songs, yoga games, and playful poses. Perfect for ages walkers to age 4. One adult per little yogi.

Little Yogis

Just Like Om’s Little Yogis classes are lively and lighthearted, incorporating age-appropriate yoga poses, explanations of breathing techniques and concepts related to focus and concentration while keeping the overall class environment light and fun with the use of props, songs, yoga games and playful poses.The body-mind-self virtues of yoga can play a meaningful role in shaping the lives of children of all ages. The classes teach kids to internalize concepts of self-awareness, compassion, balance, creativity, and healthiness on a physical and spiritual level.

JUSTReformer: Flow

JUSTReformer: Flow focuses on combining classical and contemporary Pilates exercises to music creating an energizing, "flow". Each class and each instructor offer a variety of sequencing and style making so you'll never have the same class twice.

JUSTReformer: GENTLE

JUSTReformer: Gentle is the perfect class for Prenatal, Postnatal, injury recovery, and those who are new to pilates or wanting to focus on foundational exercises and alignment.

JUSTReformer: STRENGTH

JUSTReformer: STRENGTH will challenge you to activate every muscle in your body. See how transformative Pilates can be in our signature Reformer class. This is an intermediate to advanced level class, Pilates experience is recommended. Modifications will be given for all levels. Not recommended for pregnant or injured clients, please let the instructor know of any modifications you may need. Due to the safety of all participants, we can not allow you to enter the class late.

JUSTReformer: Cardio Jumpboard

JUSTReformer: CARDIO JUMPBOARD is guaranteed to boost your endorphins and your heart rate. Our signature class combines fun, challenging choreography, with Pilates strengthening exercises. Modifications will be given for all levels. Not recommended for pregnant or injured clients, please let the instructor know of any modifications you may need. Due to the safety of all participants, we can not allow you to enter the class late.

JUSTReformer: ADVANCED

JUSTReformer: Advanced is for experienced Pilates practitioners, JustReformer: ADVANCED helps you expand your Pilates training to include both Classical and Contemporary Advanced Choreography. This class is not for beginners, prenatal or injured clients. Please do not attend this class if you are not comfortable with intermediate level exercises AND have not taken at least 15 Pilates Reformer Classes

JUSTReformer: SCULPT EXP

Our express classes are designed to give you a challenging, full-body Pilates workout in 45mins. JUSTReformer: SCULPT EXP focuses on isolating and strengthening our intrinsic and stabilizing muscles to increase alignment, tone and function. You will learn to activate muscles you didn’t know existed and feel an immediate difference in your body awareness and posture. Modifications will be given for all levels. Not recommended for pregnant or injured clients.

JUSTReformer: CORE EXP

Our express classes are designed to give you a challenging, full-body Pilates workout in 45mins. JUSTtReformer: CORE EXP focuses on new ways of strengthening the deep core muscles, learning proper core function and core-led movement. Modifications will be given for all levels. Not recommended for pregnant or injured clients.

JUSTReformer: TONE EXP

Our express classes are designed to give you a challenging, full-body Pilates workout in 45mins. JUSTReformer: TONE EXP kicks up the intensity to focus on building strength and endurance while increasing flexibility and creating long, lean muscles. Modifications will be given for all levels. Not recommended for pregnant or injured clients.

JUSTReformer: MAT EXP

JUSTPilates: MAT EXP is a full-body, 45-min, low impact workout that will strengthen, stretch and tone every muscle. We focus on mind-body connection, controlled movement and breath to activate major and minor muscle groups.

JUSTReformer: MAT SCULPT

JUSTPilates: MAT SCULPT is a Mat class with a contemporary twist and exercises that challenge the whole body. The class focuses on building strength while stretching and toning muscles. Be prepared to sweat, work, and stretch during this full body workout.
