In 50 minutes we will work all major muscle groups of your body and focus on a specific area each week, you'll sweat, oh how you'll sweat, and you'll squat, crunch, and lift weights to your hearts content.

It's a mix of HIIT and yoga (as long as you have a generous interpretation of yoga, it's non-serious, lots-of-fun, full-of-movement, sweat-inducing intelligent movement).

Yogalates Burn

Yes, we flow in this class, but we also focus on the bridge between yoga and Pilates. You can expect traditional Vinyasa flows, coupled with Pilates movements, and surprising dynamic core and limb exercises to build strength while building self-awareness and relaxation. You'll challenge every major muscle group in your body, and that includes your brain. Expect to sweat, and breathe.

Pilates Burn

The truth is you don't need a lot of fancy equipment to get a solid powerhouse burn! Let us prove it to you in 50-minutes of core strengthening and lengthening. This Pilates Mat class utilizes your own body weight (and props, a fair amount of props) to challenge your muscles. In this BurnStrong class you'll learn how to find your alignment, and progress through exercises that activate your core and challenge your entire body! Each class will work to balance all muscle groups' strength and flexibility, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles in every movement. Pilates is a challenging yet safe method to sculpt your body and to feel increased agility in your everyday movements.

Yoga Flow

This open-level class focuses on the fundamentals of yoga flow. Special care is given in breath direction. You'll leave feeling taller, longer, and (hopefully) more happy.

Let's face it. A meditation class is probably going to be the hardest class you'll take in a week. For anyone who wants to explore meditation without your derriere falling asleep, this class is for you. This class is based off the book "How to Walk" by Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh. We walk slow, and we focus on arriving where we already are. Good place to start for the meditation newbie.

Deep Yoga Flow

Get long, and then see if you can get even longer with this class specifically designed by Viktoria Pesak to lengthen, and stretch you out. Combining creative movements with traditional yoga asanas, this class will guide you in sympathetic flows and into a final rest and meditation.

Yogalates Burn

Two worlds collide in one class! Yogalates is a great combination of Yoga and Pilates for a total body workout focused on toning the glutes, thighs and stomach. Develop your core strength and stabilization through Pilates poses, and improve your flexibility, muscular strength, posture, and alignment through Yoga poses. Yogalates is designed to strengthen both the mind and the body!

Mindfulness Practice

Meditating can feel inaccessible. The doctors say it's good but it can feel boring. Let us help you find a new way to connect with yourself and your breath. These guided meditations focus on the basic principles of meditation taught by Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh, those being that meditation is (1) stopping, and (2) focusing.
