Atmananda Open

Open up with the Atmananda sequence, a body of knowledge experienced through Hatha, Ashtanga, and alignment based yoga to create a Vinyasa flow. Open and refresh the body with seven groups of asanas and seventy one powerful poses, while protecting yourself though proper placement of hands and feet to maintain correct alignment. Starting with sun salutations to warm up, going through various hip openers to release tension, forward bends to fire digestion, back bends to open the heart, arm balances to tone and strengthen the body and inversions to reverse gravity. Movement begins with the breath bringing awareness to our body’s vital energy, Prana. Our breath brings attention to detail and is the foundation of a healthy Yoga practice. Health is wealth, so a consistent sequence focused on proper alignment is our method.

Open Flow

This vinyasa class links movement with breath. This mind-body workout focuses on building strength, flexibility, improving posture and alignment while promoting mental clarity and focus. All levels welcome.

Intermediate Vinyasa

This class will start slow focusing on the breath, prepping the joints and the body. It will build up to a fun dynamic sequence that will challenge and strengthen your practice. A slow cool down will conclude the class.

Vinyasa for hip opening

In this vinyasa style class you will experience standing poses, forward bends, backbends, spinal twists, and balancing poses with excellent cues and clear instruction. A strong focus on hip-opening eases tension and pressure on the spine which can help increase circulation and range of motion in addition to creating energetic releases and emotional shifts. This fast-paced class includes modifications and adjustments that make it suitable for all levels but is an awesome challenge for intermediate and advanced students.

Twist, Flow & Detox

In this sixty-minute vinyasa class, you will use each breath to restore and detoxify the body by engaging in deep twists and prolonged reverse stretches. Detoxing through twists supports postural alignment and aids in digestion. Stretching releases toxins built up as tension throughout your body. The use of breathing techniques promotes circulation and respiratory detoxification. Join us in this open level practice and leave feeling rejuvenated, light, and open.

Power Flow

This class is the perfect way to shake off stress before continuing on with your busy life. This energetic vinyasa-style practice is based on a beginner/intermediate version of the Atmananda Sequence. After warming up with Sun Salutations, you'll flow through a rigorous but achievable combination of standing and balancing postures to build strength and gentle stretches to increase flexibility. The class will finish with cooling poses leading to a relaxing Shavasana. You'll leave feeling totally balanced in mind, body, and spirit.

Beginner/Intermediate Vinyasa Flow

This class is for students new to yoga or experienced students that prefer a basic flow class. Class begins by introducing basic yoga postures and breathing techniques, which will be combined to become a seamless flow by the end of class. Your breath will guide your flow, and modifications are always welcome.

YoDiscover : Basic Yoga

Discover your body through yoga! This class is a low pace class, focus is on alignment, breathing and feeling different parts of your body through basic asanas. It’s good for beginners and for everyone who wants to review their alignment and/or focus more on what they feel while they practice. YoDiscover: because we are not supposed to use our body to make yoga poses, but to use yoga poses to make our body better ! See you on the mat and get ready to surprise yourself!

Prenatal Yoga

In this 60-minute prenatal yoga class we provide a space for women to engage in relaxation, cleansing breathing exercises, discussion and sharing, guiding them through movement, physical asanas with props, and deep-relaxation and meditation. Practicing yoga during pregnancy enhances your instinctive body, helping to embrace all changes during pregnancy, and prepares the body and mind for birth. We will focus on relieving, moving and strengthening the body, relaxing the mind, and finding space to connect with our inner and outer selves. Our gentle flow will help increase circulation, relieve common symptoms of pregnancy like bloating and nausea, strengthen muscles for posture and the pelvic floor, and learn relaxing breathing exercises for safe practice at home or work. Feel free to try our class and become part of a beautiful community of support and bonding. Mothers in all stages, including postnatal, are welcome. No previous yoga experience necessary!

YoDiscover: Active-restorative

Discover your body through yoga! This class is a relaxing class, where you do most of the poses either laying down or sitting. You will stretch and decompress the tension accumulated during the week, but you will also actively engage many different parts of your body and activity control the breath. It’s good for everyone wants to relax, but you still leave the class more toned and with better posture. YoDiscover: because we are not supposed to use our body to make yoga poses, but to use yoga poses to make our body better! See you on the mat and get ready to surprise yourself!

Kundalini Yoga & Meditation
