This 75-min class is an invigorating practice that balances active sequences and sustained poses to build both strength and flexibility in the body. Deep breathing and abdominal exercises work to fortify the core, helping students go deeper into poses and feel sensations that often go unnoticed.
This 75-minute Vinyasa Flow is one of our most popular classes. It’s got everything you want in a Yoga class! Flow that will leave you sweaty and inspired, stillness that will bring you inward, words that will get you to focus on what’s important and reject what’s not.
This is a 2-hour workshop/master class with Sage Hall. The workshop features Yoga, meditation and music. It’s quite an experience! Great for all levels.
The first 75 minutes of the workshop is based on Vinyasa flow, followed by 45 minutes of restorative poses. Music that touches the soul. Asana practice to get the energy flowing. Restorative poses and Reiki to revitalize the system. Ending with a beautiful Savasana.
